Nadin S. Zargarian
Nadin Zargarian practices in the area of finance
and restructuring and has regularly represented banks, hedge funds,
commercial finance companies and other lenders in commercial and
corporate finance matters and asset based finance transactions,
including acquisition financings, structured financings and
recapitalizations.
Ms. Zargarian began her legal career as an associate in the finance and
restructuring group of the Los Angeles office of Paul, Hastings,
Janofsky & Walker LLP. She has handled large-scale domestic and cross
border corporate transactions, representing public and private
companies, banks, underwriters and investment funds in structured
finance matters.
While earning her B.A. in English, Cum Laude, from the University of
California, Los Angeles, Ms. Zargarian was a member of several honor
societies and served as a newsletter editor for the UCLA Armenian
Student’s Association.
Ms. Zargarian received her law degree from the University of California,
Los Angeles, School of Law in May 2003. While in law school, she was
a member of the Entertainment Law Journal and the Near Eastern Legal
Society. She also volunteered with the Law Fellows Early Academic
Outreach Program, where she served as a mentor.
Ms. Zargarian also
worked as a Lawyering Skills Teaching Assistant, after receiving the
highest grade in that course as a first year student.
Ms. Zargarian has interned with the New York Association for New
Americans, assisting with political asylum cases. She is fluent in
Armenian and is moderately proficient in Turkish.
